Steve Randall is the owner and principal broker for Welch Agency.  Steve purchased the company from its founder, Tom Welch, in January of 2005.  Steve is a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LRE) Power Producer Network and a member of the Board of Directors for the Wasatch Front Mutiple Listing Service. Steve specialize in working with investors who want to use real estate for retirment income, working with Buyers, National RELO clients, and Seller's wishing to market their homes qucikly and for the highest possible price. 

Over the past 30 years, Steve has purchased or started over 20 companies in his business career.  Steve’s first investment property was purchased in 1974, and he has been investing in real estate ever since. Steve attended the University of Utah and Weber State University.  He received his real estate training from the Stringham Real Estate School for his Agent and Broker’s license.  He has also received special training in relocation and buyer’s services, and has his ABR designation along with his broker’s license. 

Steve has served in the community in various capacities including President of the Utah Transit Authority.  During the time that Steve has served on the Board of Trustees, UTA has twice been awarded National Transit System of the year.  The Authority has also purchased land and constructed the new TRAX light rail system. Steve served as President of Board when UTA purchased 185 miles of right of way for the new commuter rail system between Payson and Brigham City.

Diane has been in the Real Estate business for 22 years, the last 19 with the Welch Agency.  She has her Broker’s license and GRI. 

Loyalty and service are her specialities.  In 2004, 95% of her business came from repeat or referral business. With a love of people and homes, the two together are pure joy for her. Diane has been married for 45 years to Monte, she is a mother of 5 and Grandmother to 5+.  She has served in numerous leadership positions in her church, and as a volunteer at her childrens schools. Diane is active with the Board of Realtors, and served as Chairman of the Awards Committee for 2004.  Also, she serves as Chair over a committee with the Women’s Council of Realtors.

Brian Morris joined Welch Agency in July of 2006. He is a graduate of the Strigham Real Estate School. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Weber State University. For the past five years Brian has worked in the commercial construction industry as a project engineer for a general contractor and a project manager for a mechanical contractor. Brian finds his greatest satisfaction in serving people.
