In several days we will be celebrating the coming of a new year and a new decade. We look forward to the coming of 2010 as we position Welch Randall Real Estate for growth in the Northern Utah real estate market, property management, and HOA management. This year has been good to us. We have moved into a new office on Adams Avenue in Ogden, Utah. The new office is equipped with all the new training technology and tools to help our agents and staff be productive and informed. To all who visit our office, we offer a variety of Marie Calendar pies from which to choose a piece as a way to say thanks for allowing us to be of service to them. We have a new award winning website created by Pro-Agent Websites that has the finest in home search techniques and mapping technologies to make it easier to find homes and to market homes over the Internet. In addition we have several new blogs for our clients, investors, and for local neighborhoods to give real estate information to our readers.
We move into 2010 with a clear focus on five areas of service to be provided to all Welch Randall clients:
1) We will focus on giving the most accurate and complete information on our local markets and neighborhoods. The famous saying is that “All Real Estate is Local”. We intend to supply the local information for our markets because we know it will be the most interesting to those who want to buy or sell in Utah.
2) In today’s marketing world the message we want our clients and friends to hear coming from us is that “It is not about us, it is about you.” We want to be your real estate experts and supply you with the best data and information available… and in the way you want that information delivered… from high tech to low tech. You are the boss!
3) Another focus is to be “small enough to care but large enough to accomplish any real estate transaction”. If you are moving across the street or across the nation we want to make that transition as smooth as possible. 5) Finally, we want each of our clients to be able to say “I loved working with my agent”. Each agent will be trained in weekly meetings, have access to the best of training material via the Internet, and will attend local CE classes to remain on the cutting edge of real estate knowledge and information. Each client will be able to give feedback on how we did as a company and as an agent. These surveys will provide valuable information on what is working well and what we where we need to make improvements.
