Sky Satellite (Internet & Cable)

Please contact Sky Satellite directly with any complaints or problems about services for either internet or cable. They will help you troubleshoot any problems. The cable is through DirecTV, however you will still contact Sky Satellite with any questions or concerns as this is a bulk package for both services. 

If you are a new homeowner looking to set up services, please contact the number listed below. Inform them that you have just moved into the Wyngate community, and give them your property address. They will make sure you get all set up with the services covered by the HOA. This is a basic package, which includes a basic programs and 1 receiver. Any additional services will be billed separately to the homeowner. 

Receivers are the property of Wyngate HOA and must remain in each home.  Do NOT remove any of the receivers (there should be 3 in each home, a

Genie and 2 mini receivers) or take them with you if you move.

The HOA board meets each first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM. If you would like to join the Zoom Meeting, please reach out to HOA manager Rachel Christensen  Rachel@welchrandall.com and she will help you participate in the meeting.
