This is a heavily wooded sloped property. It borders Forest Service Road 058 and backs up against the national forest property. It is about 3 miles east of Mirror Lake Highway near Bear River Lodge. The property is on a slope but there are flat spots on the property. It is going to require excavation work to build a driveway and a buildable area. However, once this is done the building area will be very private and have incredible views. The property is covered with mature pines and aspens and borders the national forest property along its entire east boundary.
