If you have a maintenance request or concern at a property you live at here are the best steps to submit a maintenance work request:

1. 1. Login into your AppFolio account (the same account you can pay online). Once you are logged in you can submit a work order 24/7 through the portal and it will go directly to the property management team at Welch Randall Property Management. Click here to use AppFolio
